Brynn Smith led the Cougars in kills and digs in Thursday’s home opening sweep of Colo-NESCO. The win moved AGWSR to 1-1 on the season.

The AGWSR Cougars put up some serious numbers in their three-set sweep of Colo-NESCO on Thursday in Ackley. Led by Brynn Smith with 14, the hosts dropped 37 kills on the Royals to win 25-12, 25-14 and 25-9. The win lifted them to 1-1 on the season.

Smith, head coach Jill Smith’s daughter, said it was nice to get a win. Fun, in fact.
