Friday Night Lights

Senior Brody Roder was on hand Friday night as AGWSR participated in a special statewide event. The IHSADA asked schools to turn the lights on at their stadiums and athletic complexes to show support for high school student-athletes who have been sidelined due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Last Friday, the lights at AGWSR’s athletic complex were on for 15 minutes. That’s one minute for every day that student-athletes across the state have been out of school because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Next Friday night, and each Friday night during the statewide school shutdown, the lights will be on an additional five minutes.
