Senior Rachel Sicard graduated with more than 500 career rebounds after leading the Cougars in that stat again this past season. She was also second in scoring and led the team in blocked shots.

The AGWSR Cougar girls finished with 18 wins, second place in the conference, and just two wins shy of a State berth. If head coach Laurie Gann were told that that’s how they would do before the first practice of the season, she would have taken it.

After all, a 1,000-point scorer graduated a year earlier and the schedule wasn’t easy. And with new faces looking to step on the court with a few veterans, there were concerns.

Whitanie Nederhoff

Whitanie Nederhoff, one of three Cougar seniors, was a leader in helping the Cougars finish 18-6 on the season. That leadership will be missed, even with the return of four starters.

Natalie Lippert

Senior Natalie Lippert was the first off the bench for AGWSR this past season. Her role was vital to the successes the Cougars had this season.
