Hardin County ISU Extension Council will host a farewell reception for retiring county director, Darwin Miller, on Monday, Jan. 27, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Hardin County Extension Office in Iowa Falls. Miller is retiring after 19 years as Hardin County Extension Director. Prior to serving Hardin County Extension, he was county director in Cerro Gordo county for four years. He taught high school and community college agriculture for 22 years and worked in industry three years prior to joining extension.
