Auto Tire & Lube Technician
Pay starting at $12.00/hr, 40+ Hours a week Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Automotive Lube Technicians safely and efficiently
perform work specified on repair orders in accordance
with dealership standards.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems
including flushes, oil and other fluid changes, lubrication,
tire pressure checks and rotations, and multi-point
inspections
• Mount & balance wheel and tire assemblies using both
traditional and state of the art equipment
• Inspect and test vehicles and record diagnoses and
vehicle repair needs on repair order and communicate to
service advisors so they can relay to customers
• Maintain a clean work area
• Must train to learn new technical information
and service techniques to remain current with new
technology and products
• Contribute to Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

Job Requirements

• 1 year of automotive repair experience or automotive
technician training a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Must be 18 years of age, possess valid driver’s license and
clean driving record
• Desire to be a contributing member of a strong Service
team that strives to provide top quality service and
complete customer satisfaction
• Willingness to learn and take on added responsibilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Integrity, positive attitude, and the desire to do the right thing.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment
background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently with
majority of lifting from knee to shoulder height.

• Must be able to carry 60 pounds approximately 20 feet.
• Requires standing for extended periods of time on
concrete surface
• Frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping,
pushing, pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot,
noisy, and wet. Fumes and odors may be present at times
due to vehicle maintenance.
• Work area can be noisy at times and may require
hearing protection
• Requires excellent visual perception and manual dexterity
• Requires use of safety equipment including but not
limited to safety glasses, face shield and/or goggles, nonslip shoes, gloves, and other protective equipment as
required for the task at hand.
• Requires frequent driving
• Ability to utilize time on the job and not be distracted by
your electronic devices
• Smiling encouraged
