Alden School Board

Alden School Board members Heather Vierkandt and Jon Bartlett listen to Alden Superintendent Tony Neumann speak about the school's face-covering requirement during Monday's meeting.

Barring a change in CDC and Iowa Department of Public Health quarantine guidance, Alden Elementary students and staff will be wearing face coverings through the end of the current school year.

The Alden School Board made the decision to extend its mask mandate, which was set to expire in April, at Monday's meeting.
