Ellsworth Community College Provost Dr. Martin Reimer blames the continued decline in enrollment at least partially on subpar student housing.

After a 5.57 percent enrollment decline from 2017 to 2018, the school lost another 7.25 percent in the last year. ECC now has 754 students, down from 861 just two years ago.
