Dave Dunn and Chandra Kyte

Eldora Mayor Dave Dunn and City Clerk Chandra Kyte review a fireworks ordinance at the City Council's July 14 meeting.

The Eldora City Council unanimously approved the purchase of an ambulance for the City's EMS service for a total estimated cost of about $17,000 at Tuesday's meeting.

The council voted to move forward with the purchase after a presentation from EMS Director Maile Carter. Carter said the vehicle would replace fleet vehicle Ambulance 237, which has 192,000 miles on the engine.
