Dennis Bonin

The former Iowa Falls school bus driver who was arrested last year following allegations that he had inappropriately touched a student, will plead guilty to an aggravated misdemeanor.

In a press release issued Thursday afternoon, Hardin County Attorney Darrell Meyer announced that on Jan. 8, 66-year-old Dennis Bonin of Iowa Falls pleaded guilty to the charge of sexual exploitation by a school employee. That plea was entered just one day after his attorney - Aaron Hamrock of McCarthy and Hamrock P.C. of West Des Moines - filed documents supporting the  defense's motion to dismiss charges against Bonin.
