Memorial Park equipment

An example of what the new playground equipment in Eldora's Memorial Park could look like. No final design has been decided upon.

Exposed concrete, broken pieces on wooden structures and playground equipment no longer up to safety codes can all be found at Eldora's Memorial Park, but a group of concerned citizens hope to change that.

The Kiwanis Club of Eldora, Eldora Rotary and WINGS (Women in a Noble Group to Serve) Sorority are teaming up in an attempt to raise nearly $100,000 for new playground equipment and other improvements to the park. They have decided to be known as the Memorial Park Betterment Committee.

Spring Chairs Eldora Memorial Park

One of the springy animal seats that could be transported to the Community Garden and used as chairs for children once the springs were buried into the ground.
