It hasn’t been an easy year for entertainment or service business. It’s been even harder for a business that relies on both. Still, Eldora Bowl has survived and even thrived – prompting Tom and Dawn Harrell to buy the bowling alley.
The two have been bowling there for years. Dawn’s mother even worked the kitchen for some time, and she followed suit. But ownership is another thing and buying a business like a bowling alley in the days of a pandemic can be scary.
