Hubbard Swimming Pool

A group of Hubbard community members have formed a committee to replace the outdated and worn Hubbard Swimming Pool. The group is seeking help through the Barlow Challenge.

This past summer has been an anomaly at area swimming pools. Most across the state were closed, including Hubbard’s.

But that one might not have stayed open even without the coronavirus pandemic raging. The need for constant repairs has meant some closed days over the last several summers for the Hubbard pool. The condition of the pool has gotten to the point where a group of citizens formed to build a new swimming pool. It’s been a slow process during which the City kept patching the old swimming hole up.
