Stephanie Dagel

Stephanie Dagel took over as manager at the Iowa Falls Hy-Vee store three weeks ago.

Hy-Vee stores are undergoing several changes in how the West Des Moines-based grocery store chain operates. Some will be noticeable to the everyday shopper, others will not.

One of those undercover changes is management structure in its more-than 265 stores throughout the Midwest. That’s where Stephanie Dagel comes in.

This is the best explanation I have seen in regards to the changes that Hy-Vee is doing.

In the Rochester, MN there has been negative stories about the changes.

I think HyVee needs to explain more about the changes. I have been a customer since the 1980’s...Denison, Iowa, Iowa Falls and now Rochester, MN.
