An Eldora man who was arrested last month for felony willful injury causing bodily injury, and has since been charged with first-degree kidnapping, was arrested again at the conclusion of a court proceeding Monday afternoon.
James Carrel Luman II, 45, was taken into custody by the Hardin County Sheriff's Office after District Court Judge John R. Flynn issued an arrest warrant from the bench. Luman is being held in the Hardin County Jail on $100,000 bond.
