Helping students succeed is what drives Tracy Crippin-Haake.

She was a struggling student when she first attended Iowa Central Community College, and with the help of an advisor who gave her direction, Crippin-Haake was able to see the world differently.

Tracy Crippin-Haake has spent 20 years in the community college system and truly believes that it works. Her passion is helping students succeed and she already has plans for the future of Ellsworth Community College as the Director of Student Success.
