Food Truck

Eddie Carrion (center) poses for a photo in his new food truck with his sons, Felix Carrion (left) and Kenneth Carrion.

Food is a huge part of the culture in Puerto Rico. It’s a taste not readily had in this part of the United States, however. Iowa Falls has been lucky in that way, having already had one food truck offering the fare.

But when that one fell by the wayside for now, a second has parked in town. Not surprisingly, this one was started by Eddie Carrion - the brother of Carlos Carrion who opened Puerto Rican Tropical Food in 2017.
