A video posted to YouTube showed a confrontation between a man identified as Floyd Wallace (not pictured) and Eldora Police Officer Brandi Valverde (left) and Hardin County Sheriff's Deputy Pete Lepley.

No charges will be filed against an Eldora man after he seemingly pointed a rifle at a man who was being confronted by a police officer on March 14.

The matter at hand stems from a YouTube video - which has been watched more than 84,000 times - that documents a confrontation between a man the social media post identifies as Floyd Wallace, Eldora Police Officer Brandi Valverde, Eldora resident Troy McDonald and eventually Hardin County Sheriff's Deputy Pete Lepley.
