Amy Hutchinson - NAMI

Amy Hutchinson - a student success coach at Iowa Falls-Alden High School - will co-lead a new local support group focused on working professionals with mental health issues. The group will meet twice per week starting July 1, at the IFAHS Library.

Three years ago, Amy Hutchinson received a mental health diagnosis. Her immediate reaction was a combination of denial, fear and guilt.

Today, Hutchinson – a student success coach at Iowa Falls-Alden – wants to do her part to break the stigma attached to mental illness.
