Following Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds' Monday evening announcement regarding more strict COVID-19 mitigation measures, the Hardin County Board of Supervisors amended their own infectious disease action plan resolution on Wednesday.

During their regular board meeting, Hardin County Emergency Management Coordinator Thomas Craighton announced the changes to the county's resolution.
