Michelle Pearson

Michelle Pearson is 35 years into a teaching career that she said she’s loved from the beginning. She’s spent the last 34 years at Hubbard-Radcliffe Elementary School, which means that some of the students in her second-grade class today are the children of some of her former students.

Michelle Pearson learned a long time ago that teaching was a job she could love for an entire career. Now 35 years into it, she still believes that.

“My mom showed me that teaching was a job that was enjoyable and fulfilling,” Pearson said.
