To the Editor:

Why is it that political discourse never seems to be completely resolved? Election after election, we see the same issues show up on candidates’ “to-do” lists. No matter who is in power or what issue is the most prominent, we are bombarded with the same partisan rhetoric that dances around the actual problem to instead insult the opposing party.
