To the Editor:

There is no “public comment” agenda item at Hardin County Board of Supervisors’ meetings anymore. Gone. Zip. Zilch. Apparently, there is some convoluted process that follows a “chain of command” (think censorship) that citizens must follow in order to comment at meetings. With that in mind, consider the Constitution Day program in Eldora on Sept. 16.
