To the Editor:

Linda Bartlett’s judgmental letter (“Speak up while you still can,” July 3 on page A6 of the Times Citizen) is harsh, hurtful and downright mean. I was under the impression that Jesus’ life was the epitome of love. Where’s the love in saying that this person or that person are living their lives wrong? While she is entitled to her interpretation of the book on which Christianity is based, she is NOT entitled to castigate those who DON’T believe as she does.
