Chase Harms

Chase Harms (No. 24), booked nine tackles in a 56-6 season-opening loss to Turkey Valley. He also caught three passes for 62 yards.

Head coach James Koop said Friday’s season opener in Ackley was summed up in one third quarter play. Turkey Valley had just scored to make it 34-6 in their favor and kicked off to his AGWSR Cougars. The ball was neither caught nor picked up, basically turning it in to a 40-yard onside kick that was recovered by the Trojans. That eventually led to a fourth quarter score.

And just like that one play some summed what he saw on the field, one word summed up his feelings about what ended up being a 56-6 loss - befuddled.
