Trey Lashbrook (No. 5), Jaden Penning (No. 32) and Tanner Weichers stopped the G-R Rebels here for s a short gain, but the Cougar defense had few answers as the Rebels went on to a 4-0 win.

It seems like every time the AGWSR Cougars and Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels meet up on the gridiron, there’s title and playoff implications involved. Friday, in Gladbrook, was no different.

Also unchanged was the winner, as the Rebels won 40-0 behind the district’s top offense.

Titan Opperman led the Cougars on the ground with 43 yards and in the air with 40 more in a 40-0 road loss to Gladbrook-Reinbeck Friday night.
