A low scoring game turned into a rout during the final innings of Friday's North Central Conference softball clash between Algona and Iowa Falls-Alden.

After both teams traded solo runs in the fifth inning, the visiting Bulldogs (10-4, 4-3) plated three runs in the sixth inning and erupted for six in the seventh to pull away, 10-1.
