MaKenna Kuper

MaKenna Kuper fulfilled her goal of playing Div. I softball when she signed a letter of intent to play at the University of Northern Iowa. She is seen with AGWSR coach Brenda Drake, and parents Stacy and Brent.

MaKenna Kuper had several college options from Div. III to Div. I that could have led her out of state. She chose to stay closer to home when she signed on to play at the top level with the University of Northern Iowa Panthers in Cedar Falls. It became official on Nov. 11 when letters of intent were signed across the country.

Kuper said she also looked at the University of Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota State University, DePaul, Wartburg, Coe, and Winona but said UNI felt like home right away. She plans to major in exercise science and minor in psychology with hopes of becoming a cardiac rehab therapist.
