Act of kindness

CJ Burress helped Bruce Johnson after he fell at the gym. Wanting to do something for his kindness, Johnson sent him a thank you letter with $20.

Bruce Johnson goes to the Dale Howard Family Activity Center most days and exercises by running around the track. The 63-year-old runs a mile and then walks another mile as part of his exercise routine.

On January 23, Johnson was starting the running portion of his exercise but his foot got caught, which led to a fall. He landed so hard, there was blood pouring out of his nose and Johnson admitted he was surprised it wasn't broken.
