Drue Luiken

One of Drue Luiken's strengths is she doesn't get too down or too excited while on the volleyball court. The junior recovered from an ankle injury her sophomore season to finish third on the team in kills.

With just one jump, Drue Luiken saw all of her hard work and offseason dedication disappear.

The night before she was supposed to make her varsity start for the South Hardin volleyball team she was participating in a hitting line during practice. When she came down on her right ankle she landed on the outside of it and immediately fell to the gym floor.

Drue Luiken's favorite thing - blocking. She led the team in blocks this season with 78 and has her eyes on the season mark (117).
