John Phillips

John Phillips will be taking over the South Hardin boys' basketball program this season. While this is his first coaching job, he has been around the game for most of his life. Phillips was a collegiate player at North Central University in Minneapolis.

Leading the South Hardin boys' basketball team this winter will be John Phillips’s first official coaching job, but he has been around the game of basketball since he was six-years-old.

Phillips played high school ball for Charles City and then went on to compete at the collegiate level for North Central University in Minneapolis.

John Phillips isn't worried about the Xs and Os as a first year head coach, it's all the little things that come with it. Luckily, he has five assistants (four returning) that can show him the ropes.
