Beau Butler

South Hardin junior Beau Butler suffered two major knee injuries his first two football seasons. The multi-sport athlete will finally be able to join his teammates on the basketball court, track and baseball diamond.

After two years of high school athletics, Beau Butler had only played five football games.

Twice the multi-sport athlete for South Hardin was sidelined with a major knee injury. Both times the recovery took six to eight months. Through it all, Butler’s love for the game and his dedication to getting back on the field never wavered.


Opposing offenses had to be ready for Beau Butler this fall. The junior finished with 40 tackles as an outside linebacker.


Beau Butler was moved from running back to wide receiver this year and finished third in the district with over 700 yards on the season.

Junior Beau Butler has dealt with the adversity of two major knee injuries and has become faster and stronger during the off season to get back to the game he loves.
