No coach is going to tell an athlete they don’t want them to get faster and stronger. It’s one of the keys to success. One sport that improves every aspect of ones abilities is track. And that’s why South Hardin Middle School coaches Zach Allison, Jared Kadolph and high school coach Nick Eller wanted to start Tiger Running Club.

“I’m a big believer that track helps you with every sport,” said Allison. “The thing I love about track is the setting goals part. It doesn’t matter how fast you are, it’s just self improvement and beating your own goals every time. Track is a sport where you can measure that more than other sports.”
