With the start of the season pushed back to this month, Keara Williams has been putting in more time on her own. She tries to put up between 100-200 shots every day she is in the gym and works on things like free throws and dribbling.
It’s not easy for anyone associated with a program when they go winless. The struggles were especially hard for Ellsworth Community College athlete Keara Williams.
The sophomore from Texas is competitive and going through an 0-30 season was extremely difficult for the guard.
